Overall management of the works on a themed restaurant, acting as technical design office and Project Manager across the entire scope of works, while also taking on the role of designer for the restaurant refurbishment and outdoor leisure areas.

Coordination of teams, contractors and suppliers, with oversight of programme, quality and budget throughout the delivery process.
